Chiropractic care during pregnancy is not a fetal-development treatment, does not diagnose or monitor a baby’s nervous system, and does not replace prenatal care from an OB, midwife, or maternal-fetal medicine provider. Pregnancy stress, sleep, posture, and physical tension can shape how an expectant mother feels day to day.
Our pregnancy care focuses on the mother’s comfort and function: pelvic and low-back tension, rib and breathing mechanics, posture strain, neck tension, and rest. HRV and similar wellness metrics may help some people notice their own stress patterns, but they should not be used as a medical assessment of the baby or the pregnancy.
We encourage expectant mothers to bring medical questions, fetal-position concerns, contractions, bleeding, decreased fetal movement, blood pressure concerns, or any other obstetric symptoms directly to their OB or midwife. We are glad to support your comfort alongside that care.
