How to Have a Healthy Trip

Nothing puts a damper on your vacation plans like getting sick. While you can’t do anything about those kids who happen to cough near you without covering their mouth, you can take preventative steps to stay well during your summer sojourns.

Boost Your Immune System

One to two days before you leave, give your immune system a kick in the pants. Here are some supplements we recommend to keep your immune system strong and you feeling great:

Also be sure to pack your vitamins in a travel container.

Sleep With Support

Usually, with traveling, you sleep in different beds with assorted pillows and do various activities—ones you may not be used to. So try to take your own pillow if you can. Also, consider using a neck pillow when traveling.

Keep Moving

When traveling by car or plane, it’s essential to stretch your legs. Get out of the car at least every two hours. And if your flight is longer than a few hours, it’s a good idea to get up and walk around periodically.

Once you’re at your destination, you’re likely to be sightseeing. Remember to pack shoes that provide excellent support. Though you may have to sacrifice a bit of fashion for function your back and feet will thank you. Stay Hydrated

Always make sure you drink plenty of water, even if it means more bathroom stops, which is a good thing!

Get Adjusted
