PX Docs Certification – Advanced Pediatric & Family Care

This advanced certification reflects their training in cutting-edge pediatric and family chiropractic protocols, including the use of INSiGHT Scanning Technology to assess nervous system function. PX Cert Pro Docs are distinguished by their commitment to listening deeply to families, creating customized care plans, and maintaining proficiency in multiple advanced chiropractic techniques to achieve comprehensive, lasting results for patients of all ages.

Koren Specific Technique (KST)

In late 2003, as a result of much research and clinical experimentation, Dr. Tedd Koren developed an improved, gentle but very powerful form of chiropractic spinal care now called Koren Specific Technique (KST). This breakthrough approach allows patients to be analyzed more precisely, with adjustments that often hold longer.

In 2007, during her first pregnancy, Dr. Anna Saylor discovered KST after months of searching for relief. After attending a seminar and receiving her first adjustment, she knew this was the path forward. Today, she is recognized as one of the leading mentors in KST, teaching and inspiring others worldwide.

Using the ArthroStim® instrument, gentle and specific adjustments restore proper alignment. KST is so gentle that babies often sleep right through their adjustments. The technique also allows cranial-sacral work in newborns and infants. Most people feel deeply relaxed afterward, sometimes even a little sleepy.

Accredited Doctors:

  • Dr. Anna Saylor, DC, DICCP – Diplomate in Chiropractic Pediatrics, International Mentor in KST
  • Dr. Zach Conner, DC
  • Dr. John Johr, DC

Talsky Tonal Chiropractic (TTC)

Honoring Your Body’s Wisdom

In 2001, Dr. Marvin A. Talsky developed another gentle, neurologically focused technique known as Talsky Tonal Chiropractic (TTC). Like KST, this approach engages in a neurological conversation with your body, helping uncover and release stored layers of tension.

By working with your body’s natural vibratory frequencies (“tone”), TTC helps release old stress patterns held in the Central Nervous System. Unlike traditional chiropractic, there is no twisting, cracking, or popping—just gentle, tonal input that honors your body’s innate intelligence.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is KST?

Koren Specific Technique is one of more than 300 chiropractic techniques. Dr. Tedd Koren developed it in 2003. The doctor uses a tool called the ArthroStim®, which delivers a specific tapping to the area that needs to be adjusted.

Why is KST different from traditional chiropractic?

There is no cracking, popping, or twisting. The technique is gentle enough to be used on cranial bones and can address many concerns not typically approached with traditional chiropractic. It’s also highly adaptable, as adjustments can be performed in the position that causes discomfort.

What makes KST better?

KST is gentle yet powerful, with results that often last longer. It allows patients to be adjusted in motion (such as during a golf swing), and because it honors your body’s ability to process the adjustment, patients are usually less sore afterward.

Does KST get the same results as traditional chiropractic?

Yes—and often more. All chiropractic techniques can be beneficial, but KST is unique because it allows us to adjust in the position of pain and in very specific ways. Patients often find results last longer and involve less soreness.

Are all tools the same?

No. The ArthroStim® is not the same as an Activator, even if they look similar. While other chiropractic techniques may use the ArthroStim®, it’s the sequence and method of adjusting in KST that makes the difference.

Do other techniques use the same tool as KST?

Yes, but differently. The unique protocols of KST, combined with the specific application of the ArthroStim®, set this technique apart.

What are the key principles of TTC?

Tone is your body’s natural vibratory expression of life. Over time, traumas and stress create layers of tension in your nervous system. TTC helps release these patterns, allowing your body to return to a natural state of wholeness.

How does TTC differ from traditional chiropractic?

TTC is low-force with no twisting, cracking, or popping. It partners with your body’s wisdom, empowering self-healing rather than forcing corrections.

Who developed TTC?

TTC was developed in 2001 by Dr. Marvin A. Talsky, known as the “Godfather of Tonal Chiropractic,” who has over 60 years of practice and teaching experience.

What happens during a TTC session?

Your session begins with a gentle evaluation of your neurospinal system. Through light touch, the body is encouraged to detention and self-correct. Sessions are deeply relaxing and use only minimal pressure.

What are the benefits of TTC?
  • Reduced pain and tension
  • Enhanced nervous system function
  • Improved performance and focus
  • Safe and comfortable for all ages
  • Promotes long-term independence and wellness

Why choose TTC?
TTC offers a proactive, empowering approach that avoids forceful adjustments and facilitates deep, sustainable results. Many patients describe it as a “reset” that continues working between visits.

What is holistic integration in TTC?

TTC supports the whole person—body, mind, and emotions—helping release trapped stress patterns and improving overall resilience.

What is the Webster Technique?

The Webster Technique was developed by Dr. Larry Webster to address pelvic and sacral alignment, especially during pregnancy.

Who benefits from Webster Technique?

Expectant mothers who want to improve pelvic comfort and create the best environment for their baby.

How does it work?

By gently correcting sacral misalignments and relaxing surrounding ligaments, Webster Technique can help restore balance and reduce stress in the pelvis.

Is it safe during pregnancy?

Yes. Webster Technique is specifically designed for pregnancy and uses gentle, non-invasive methods.
